If I’m honest the idea of getting into concerts for free appealed to me! The concerts were going well but eventually I hit a bit of a brick wall - my D40 just had too much noise for gig photography. So around Christmas 2008 I upgraded to a Nikon D90. My equipment list is currently:

Nikon D90
2 x Nikon SB600’s
2 x Light stands
2 x Gadget Infinity radio triggers
2 x White shoot through 40″ umbrellas
Lowepro Mini-Trekker AW

I use Sandisk memory cards and have Photoshop CS3 installed on a Apple MacBook 13″.

The gigs are still going well (although I haven’t done many recently due to university being very busy!) and I’m also expanding into other areas of photography now - so keep checking back!

I’ll start to post some photography-related junk up on here soon!
